• Submitting a vehicle does not guarantee that AutoVanish or any partner buyer will make or complete an offer.

Preliminary Offers

Any offer shown or communicated through the Website, by phone, by SMS, by email, or by any other channel is preliminary and non-binding unless and until AutoVanish or an authorized buyer confirms final terms after reviewing the vehicle, documentation, condition, and pickup requirements.

Seller Representations

By submitting vehicle information or accepting an offer, you represent and warrant that:

• You are the lawful owner of the vehicle or are authorized to sell the vehicle.
• All information you submit is accurate, complete, and not misleading.
• You have disclosed any liens, loans, title issues, missing documentation, major damage, flood or fire history, mileage issues, missing parts, or other material facts.
• You are legally able to transfer ownership or assist in the lawful transfer of the vehicle.
• The vehicle will not contain hazardous, illegal, or personal property at the time of pickup.

Consent to Communications

By submitting your phone number, email address, or other contact information to AutoVanish, you consent to receive communications from AutoVanish LLC and its service providers regarding your vehicle submission, offer request, missing vehicle details or photos, documentation, scheduling, pickup coordination, payment status, customer support, and related service updates.

Communications may be sent by phone call, SMS/text message, email, or other electronic means. Calls or messages may be made using automated technology, prerecorded messages, artificial voice, autodialer systems, or similar tools where permitted by law.

Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive calls or text messages is not a condition of purchase or sale. You may opt out of SMS/text messages at any time by replying STOP. You may reply HELP for assistance. You may also contact us at quote@autovanish.com.

If you opt out of SMS/text messages, we may still contact you through other permitted channels, including email or phone, where allowed by law, for transactional or service-related purposes. You agree to provide accurate information about the vehicle, including make, model, year, mileage, condition, title or paperwork status, whether the vehicle starts or drives, whether major parts are missing, and any known damage or issues. AutoVanish may request photos, documentation, or additional information before making or finalizing an offer.

Pickup and Access

If a pickup is scheduled, you agree to provide accurate pickup information, make the vehicle accessible, remove personal belongings, and ensure that the vehicle is ready for towing or transport. Pickup times are estimates and may be affected by driver availability, weather, traffic, vehicle accessibility, documentation issues, or other circumstances.

Prohibited Items

Vehicles must not contain hazardous materials, illegal substances, weapons, personal property, or other prohibited items at pickup. AutoVanish and its partners may refuse pickup if the vehicle contains prohibited items or if pickup cannot be completed safely or lawfully.

Payment

Payment may be made by check, ACH, electronic payment, or another approved method after verification of vehicle condition, ownership documentation, and final transaction terms. Payment timing may vary depending on verification, banking, and operational requirements.

Third-Party Buyers, Partners, and Service Providers

AutoVanish may work with partner buyers, towing providers, transportation providers, payment processors, communication providers, analytics providers, advertising platforms, and other service providers to operate the Website and Services. You authorize AutoVanish to share information as reasonably necessary to provide the Services, evaluate your vehicle, communicate with you, coordinate pickup, process payment, and complete related business operations.

No Professional Advice

Information provided through the Website or Services is for general business and transaction purposes only and does not constitute legal, financial, tax, insurance, or professional advice.

Intellectual Property
